Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited and in jurisdictions that restrict raffles, games of chance, or alcohol-related promotions. Residents of states with restrictive raffle/sweepstakes laws (including, without limitation, Alabama and Hawaii) are ineligible.

Employees, officers, contractors, and affiliates of Bourbon for the Cause, Folds of Honor, Buffalo Trace Distillery, and any media, fulfillment, or promotional partners supporting this Campaign, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins at 12:00:00 a.m. CT on October 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on February 22, 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

Entries received outside the Campaign Period are void.

3. How to Enter; No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter, and a purchase, payment, or donation will not increase the chances of being selected.

Free Entry: Enter for free via the entry link on the Campaign page: Campaign Page. You must provide your full name, valid email address, phone number, age verification, and any other required fields.

Paid Entries: You may also purchase participation entries through the Campaign page. All entries—free or paid—are treated equally for purposes of selection.

Entry Identifiers: Your phone number will serve as your entry number for your initial and any subsequent entries. Physical tickets will not be mailed. Receipt and/or transaction numbers are not entry numbers.

Confirmations: Email confirmations are sent for all entries. For purchased entries, an email receipt is sent immediately, followed by a confirmation email.

Unlimited Entries: There is no limit on the number of entries. Odds of selection depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Grand Prize (1 winner): The FOH Buffalo Trace Distillery Weller Barrel Pick Experience (the “Experience”). The Experience details will be described on the Campaign page and may include a hosted barrel pick experience at Buffalo Trace Distillery focused on Weller, curated tastings, and related hospitality components. Travel, lodging, and other components (if any) are as described on the Campaign page at the time of entry. The Grand Prize must be redeemed by February 1, 2027. ARV will be specified on the Campaign page and used for tax reporting purposes.

Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Bourbon-related items or experiences as detailed on the Campaign page. ARVs for each Runner-Up item will be listed on the Campaign page.

Prize details and components are subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable laws/regulations, including alcohol shipping restrictions. Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize (in whole or in part) with another of equal or greater value if a listed prize is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled as described.

5. Selection and Notification

Potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period in a random drawing conducted by or on behalf of the Organizer within a commercially reasonable time after the Campaign Period.

Potential winners will be contacted via the phone number and/or email provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days, fails eligibility verification, or declines the prize, an alternate may be selected at Organizer’s discretion.

Organizer may require potential winners to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where lawful), W-9 (for U.S. tax reporting), and any other documentation reasonably required for verification and fulfillment.

6. Prize Fulfillment; Delivery; Restrictions

Coordination: Rewards will be coordinated via phone/email within 30 days of verification.

Delivery: If applicable, physical items will be delivered via insured express shipping (signature and age verification required) to any U.S. address permitted by law, or made available for pickup at our Edmond, OK office (address provided upon coordination). In-person delivery by staff may be arranged with consent.

Alcohol Shipping: If shipping of alcohol is restricted or prohibited in a winner’s jurisdiction, reasonable alternatives will be offered (e.g., local pickup where lawful, transfer at the distillery where lawful, or a non-alcohol prize of equal or greater value or a cash-equivalent at Organizer’s discretion).

Experience Scheduling: The Grand Prize Experience must be scheduled and redeemed by February 1, 2027. Specific dates are subject to venue, distillery, and host availability and may require blackout dates. Failure to timely schedule or attend may result in forfeiture.

Travel: Unless expressly stated on the Campaign page, travel and lodging are not included. If provided, all travel is subject to carrier, hotel, and supplier terms; changes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner and guests must be 21+ and comply with all rules.

7. Taxes and Forms

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and costs associated with acceptance and use of a prize.

For prizes with a value reportable to the IRS, Organizer will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Grand Prize winner (and any other winners as applicable) using the ARV. Winners may be required to provide a completed W-9 and other tax information prior to prize fulfillment.

8. Odds

Odds of selection depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Campaign Period. There is no entry limit.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds for purchased entries are subject to applicable law. Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase to the contact listed on the Campaign page and are subject to review. Free entries are non-refundable (no payment was made).

Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign due to fraud, technical issues, or any factor beyond its reasonable control, with notice on the Campaign page. If canceled, Organizer may, at its discretion, select winners from among eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation or issue refunds where required by law.

10. Data Privacy

Personal information collected (e.g., name, email, phone number, address, age verification) is used for Campaign administration, eligibility verification, prize coordination/fulfillment, compliance, and communications regarding the Campaign and related Organizer activities.

Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see link on the Campaign page). By entering, you consent to such processing and to being contacted via email and/or phone regarding your entries and the Campaign.

11. Publicity

Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Organizer and its partners to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

12. Conduct; Compliance

Participants must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, violates these Terms, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

13. Limitation of Liability; Releases

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer, Folds of Honor, Buffalo Trace Distillery, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (a) late, lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incomplete entries or communications; (b) technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or human errors; (c) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity.

By participating, you release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or related to your participation and/or acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Nonprofit Support; Net Proceeds

All net proceeds from the Campaign benefit Folds of Honor, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of fallen or disabled U.S. service members. “Net proceeds” account for reasonable operational costs, including marketing, administration, and reward fulfillment.

15. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms and the Campaign are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Campaign shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Participants consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

16. Miscellaneous

Participation is void where prohibited.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Campaign page and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Organizer regarding the Campaign.

17. Winner List

To request the winners list (first name, last initial, and state), send a written request to the contact on the Campaign page within 60 days after the end of the Campaign Period. Allow reasonable time for processing.

Note: Where the Campaign page and these Terms appear to conflict, these Terms control unless the Campaign page expressly states otherwise for a specific component (e.g., ARV, specific travel inclusions). Always refer to the Campaign page for the most current prize descriptions and inclusions.
